WAREHOUSE CONVERSIONS

Cooper has successfully converted a number of warehouses into usable space to fit the very specific needs of our customers. These conversions include:

QUANSET HUT

A quanset hut previously used as a storage room was converted into an optics lab, office & conference room space, secure wire caging, bathrooms and kitchenette. Electrical, mechanical and plumbing services were also components of this job.

WAREHOUSE FACILITY

A new warehouse facility was designed to house a mixture of specialized warehouse racking utilizing cube space. A custom security area was designed to handle inbound mail, express packages and a wide variety of deliveries.
